Learned a lot about the history of Union Station and also Denver.
I had a funeral out of town. Did not go.
A wonderful experience. What great knowledge and professionalism Ian showed
will recommend to friends for an informative and entertaining tour. Learned so much fun facts of history
A Union Station tour wasn’t on my family’s list for most exciting things to do. However, after our tour with Ian, my family was still talking about it well into the evening. Ian was engaging, knowledgeable, and aware of his audience. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.
Ian was a fount of knowledge. He delivered at lightening speed but my group had so many questions and loved seeing the rooms so much that we caused him to go over. He should be elected the Mayor of Denver’s living room.
Connor obviously really enjoys what he does - he was enthusiastic and full of knowledge. We learned so much about this amazing building!
Our tour guide at the Crawford was knowledgeable, entertaining and enthusiastic and he really helped to enrich our stay for the night!
Ian was generous with all the information he had. I learned so much history about a beautiful Denver landmark.
Ian was awesome. So knowledgeable and engaging. Literally full of fun facts and was able to answer any and all questions the group had. He clearly loves his job and the tour was well worth the money!
Amazing Ian was incredible Well versed Motivated interesting and lovely Please send him This I found the Mitzpah sign outside facing the tracks that I told him was outside He didn’t know about it Anyway wanted to share that with him Thank you Carla
Our tour guide, Ian, was awesome in his knowledge, enthusiasm, and personable preservation. His command of the historical details, dates and personalities involved, coupled with a flawless chronological delivery was unbelievably impressive. We would recommend him and this tour to all.
We had reservations for a tour on Sunday, December 16 at 1pm. When we checked in at the hotel desk we were told that the tour guide person was out ill and all tours were cancelled. We were understanding of situation but wondered why we were not contacted prior to the tour time so we could change our plans and not waste a trip downtown. We were then told that we would be contacted to reschedule or be given a refund. It is now 3 days later and no one has called to offer anything! I guess I will try to contact the hotel directly since they have failed to contact me.
I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of Union Station. Ian had a vast knowledge of the building's recent and not-so-recent past and was gracious and knowledgeable when I peppered him with questions. I grew up in Denver and loved getting to hear more about such an iconic place in downtown, complete with details about its fall from and return to grandeur. Highly recommend!
Ian was excellent, knew answers to all we asked and more. He brought out so many interesting facts about the history and rennovation of Union Station. What a spectacular site for downtown Denver, truly our living room! Ian was exceptionally personable and polite, and spoke with a loud, clear voice....very professional. Thank you!
The restoration of Denver's Union Station is wonderful and the story behind the restoration is fascinating! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and Ian, our tour guide, was excellent. We highly recommend adding the tour to everyone's must see/do list!
I went on the Union Station tour on Fri Oct 26. Ian was a great storyteller, getting us from the original 1858 settlements, to the opening of the station in 1881, and all the way up to present day. He threw in lots of funny and occasionally even heartwarming details about the station. I’d recommend this tour to anyone who wants to know more about Denver, locals and tourists alike - heck I’d recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys history in the sightest. Bravo, Ian! Great job!
Jim was a wonderful tour guide and we really enjoyed spending time with him. Our one issue is that he goofed a bit on the details of his stories about Mizpeh and Prometheus. Other than that, he was personable and wonderfully knowledgeable about the station itself and its history.
